Welcome to Stripes & Rockers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Stripes & Rockers.

1. ONLINE STORE

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products to you.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws while using our services.

2. PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, manufacturing process, garment material, and other factors.

Many Stripes & Rockers products are produced or fulfilled after an order is placed. Minor variations in print placement, color, texture, or appearance that are normal to the production process may occur.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice and to limit quantities when necessary.

3. PRICING

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

4. ORDERS

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, product availability problems, or orders that violate these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Eligible orders may be canceled during the cancellation period provided during the ordering process or through the customer's order-status page.

Because some merchandise may enter production shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping availability, charges, and estimated delivery information are provided during checkout when applicable.

Production and processing times may be separate from carrier transit times.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Stripes & Rockers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations and may arrive in separate packages.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged merchandise, incorrect merchandise, and other order issues are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Return requests are subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions stated in that policy.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify and other authorized third-party payment providers.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

The Stripes & Rockers name, S&R branding, logos, artwork, graphics, designs, photographs, written content, slogans, and other original brand materials displayed through our store are owned by or licensed to Stripes & Rockers, except where otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from our protected brand materials without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights associated with the artwork, design, logo, or branding appearing on that product.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain portions of our store and order-fulfillment process may rely on third-party providers, including ecommerce platforms, payment processors, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond the extent required by applicable law.
